Ok, yes another brunch post I know. BUT! The weekend is coming and I'm sure some of you are looking for some inspiration ;)

Well, here is some instagrammable inspiration for you: Chyl!

Chyl is an organic breakfast/brunch/lunch restaurant coupled to an organic food store. Very useful if you ate something at Chyl and you want to buy an ingrediënt or two afterwards.

The restaurant itself is adorable. There is a type of Middle Eastern but modern vibe to it and pretty much any photo of any angle of the restaurant is an Instagram pearl that you can just post online immediately.

But let's get down to business... The food! So you can get different types of brunches here: you can choose one that is more like the British fry up (all organic of course) or one that is more like a traditional french breakfast. I went for the (vegan) power breakfast which consisted of avocado toast, pink hummus toast and an açai bowl. Super yum. Combined with fresh orange juice and green tea, this was perfect and kept me going until the evening.

Look at my adorable friend Sydney, ecstatic with alle the yumminess. She loves this place!

Chyl is a very chilled out place for your weekend brunches, honestly it is the perfect place to come to and get over your hangover. It is calm and soothing, the food is nourishing and very tasty and the staff is wonderful also.

Where can you find Chyl? On Facebook and Instagram

Rue de Belle-Vue 62, 1000 Bruxelles, Belgium
