Energy Smoothie: Peanut Butter and Banana
Sometimes I need an energy boost before sports. Each week I got to hockey training and ballet classes and both of these start quite late in the evening.
Often, good, full-on meals are hard to make time for in this case, so I resort to a quick and easy smoothie.
So, I'm a foodie who does not have a kitchen robot. I just have a hand-held blender and deal with it. However, I was allowed to try out the Domo Sport. A blender that blends immediately in the bottle (so that means minimal washing up as well!) and is super handy to take along. You can find it here.
What do you need?
- 1 banana, cut in about 4 pieces
- 2 tbsp of unsweetened peanut butter
- top up with almond milk
- some honey or a deseeded date to add sweetness (optional)
What do you have to do?
Stick everything in your (Domo Sport) blender and blend until smooth.
Done! Now go enjoy your sports session!
